1. Select
the item(s) you want to buy on 'Our
Products' page.
2. Click
on the 'Add to Basket' symbol.
3. Make
sure you select the lactose free version where
it's available if that is what you want.
4. You will
be taken to the PayPal Shopping Cart, where you
can confirm the item that you have ordered.
5. It's
easy to change the number of items (or delete
any items ordered in error) on the PayPal
Shopping Cart Page.
6. Return
to the 'Our Products' page to continue adding
items to your shopping basket, or click 'Secure
Checkout' to proceed.
7. Please leave special
instructions as to where the parcel can be left
if you are likely to be out - enter details in
the "Message to seller" box on the payment page.
If no instructions are given and you are out
when the parcel is delivered we will advise the
courier to leave it with a neighbour.

At the
checkout you will need to complete your personal
details, payment details, and delivery details
(we use the PayPal Shopping Cart to collect
these details).
With PayPal you can make secure payments using
your credit card or debit card (Mastercard /
Eurocard, Visa / Delta / Electron, American
Express, Switch / Maestro, Solo, etc).

Postage &
packing is free for orders over £60. For orders over £40 add
£3.95. For orders under £40 add £5.95.
Delivery is only available to UK mainland..

Your order is
now complete. We will then contact you to
confirm when your order is being despatched.
We use the PayPal
shopping cart to protect your security - it ensures
that your financial transaction is conducted using a
secure connection.
Does it cost any more to pay using PayPal?
You will not be
charged any extra for using PayPal. The PayPal
transaction charges are paid by us - you will only
pay any usual charges associated with using your
Credit or Debit card through any high street store.
Prefer to pay by
cheque?
Paying by cheque is
no problem at all and if you'd prefer to order in
this way simply fill out our
Order Form and
send it, with your cheque, to the address on the
form.
Terms and Conditions
We bake fresh to meet
your orders and once this is placed with us we will
notify you of delivery date by e-mail.
It is
the customers responsibility to ensure their name,
address and postcode is correct. It is helpful
to include a telephone number in case our courier
needs to contact you.
Our
goods and perishables, and savoury products are sent
in chilled containers. The customer must
ensure they are available to collect from the
courier on the delivery date. If you are
unavailable you must make alternative arrangements
or you will need to collect your order from the
local courier depot the same day. We can not
accept responsibility fro spoilt goods due to
non-collection.
